✨THE POWER OF BIG DREAMS & BIG INTENTIONS✨

It was July 20th, 2020.

I was in the middle of my weekly journaling sesh, and putting the final touches on my latest “goals list”. I knew I was in the midst of change - and that upcoming, unknown transitions were inevitable.

Being extremely Type A, I wrote out my goals in all aspects of my life over the next few months. From physical goals, to mental health and business dreams - I had my life planned out!

As I was about to close my journal, I felt like I was missing something. There was one goal, one big dream, that if I was being honest, was so big and scary that I didn’t even want to speak it out loud, let alone write it down…

Choosing to face the fear and do what my gut was telling me to do anyways, I took a breath, and wrote that big, scary goal down:

“Write a book & become a published author.”

Then, I promptly slammed my journal shut and pretended that I did not just send that daunting intention out to the universe.

A funny thing happens when you get clear on your dreams, write them down and speak them aloud, though...

Because sure enough, barely four months later, that seemingly far reaching, big goal has ALREADY COME TRUE. 🤯
